How do household subscriptions work?
Each household has its own subscription. Any member can upgrade a household by paying, becoming the “billing owner”. All members of a premium household get access to premium features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll keep access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
You’ll receive notifications at 50%, 80%, and 95% usage. Once you reach your limit, you’ll need to wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade.
What is early supporter pricing?
Early supporters get locked-in discounted rates for as long as they maintain their subscription. Limited spots available!
Can I transfer billing ownership?
Yes, the billing owner can transfer ownership to any other member of the household from the subscription settings.
What happens when I downgrade?
Your data is preserved. If you’re over storage limits after downgrading, you’ll have a 30-day grace period to reduce your storage usage.
